Modo – Modo is a foundational yet challenging hatha series with roots in yoga therapy. Comprised of breath work, standing & seated postures; accessible to all levels. Heated to 102F with 20-30% humidity. If you have never done yoga before, this is the class I recommend starting with.
Hot Flow – Challenging & innovative flow class. Each class has it’s own creative focus rooted in intelligent sequencing. Some experience is recommended. Heated to 96-98F.
Modo Fit – Modo Fit is a challenging yet accessible resistance training class that uses bands, the barre and other props. Classes are unheated and limited to 15 people.
Modo Flow – Modo Flow is a challenging, healthy, hot yoga FLOW sequence. Postures are linked with breath and downward-upward dog flow sequences.
Yang/Yin – Part Flow and part yin, this class has a little of everything! During flow, we work toward a peak pose or with a theme for the first half of class. During the second half of class, enjoy slowing down with longer held postures for a deeper stretch.
Modo Level 2 – An intermediate hot yoga sequence with a short meditation and an extended savasana. I recommend previous yoga experience prior to taking this class.
